Colorado Springs Labor Doula • Certified Exercise Specialist/Pelvic Floor Recovery
Hey there!
I'm Morgan, feisty mama here of three amazing boys. I'm here to offer my labor doula services in the beautiful Colorado Springs area, whether it's at Beginnings Birth Center, the hospital, or right in the comfort of your own home.
I’m from SoCal, where soccer was my life and I trained alongside Olympic Development players and my fellow collegiate athletes.
My journey to health and wellness was inspired by what I learned training with high level athletes. You see, as an athlete, I learned a lot about optimizing performance and recovery. But when it came to feeding my post-athlete body, things got tricky. I ended up on a 12-year detour into unintentional disordered eating. That's when I decided to pursue a degree in Nutrition. That step opened my eyes to a social perspective I was never aware of that spawned a whole interest in trauma-informed care.
I have a deep connection to my Native roots, which influence my holistic approach to the body and birth. I’ve dived into the world of essential oils, the impact of nutrition and exercise on hormones, and various cleansing practices. Together, these form a wholesome toolkit for living a balanced life.
And then came my own home birth experience, which ignited my passion for supporting and educating families as they embark on their parenthood journeys. I'm here to share the tools I've gathered to make that transition as smooth as possible for you and your family in a down-to-earth practical way.
I'm also a certified Exercise Specialist with a specialty in pelvic floor, ensuring that I can assist mamas with a comprehensive experience in preparing for and recovering from birth.
