Hi there!
My name is Morgan, I’m a mama to 3, ex collegiate athlete, and intuitive healer. When it comes to pelvic floor work and core training, I personally take a holistic approach to connection and engagement. Emotional releases are apart of this work. Your body giving hints of stored trauma in your body are important for me to read, and can serve as a guide in the direction your body wants to take its healing. I believe our body is an incredibly intelligent being without our effort and can give so much information. Because of my belief of this, I use a form of energy work during my sessions that many know as Reiki. It’s the simple and subtle practice of me placing hands on you to sense what your body is communicating on an intuitive and energetic level so I can listen to and respect your nervous system. Safety and trust are such key factors to healing and I want to build that trust with not only you, but your body as well, so that when I encourage your body to release, it will.

If this wasn’t already shared with you, your pelvic floor is actually a hot spot for holding onto and releasing trauma. It is the first part of our body to respond when we go through traumatic events, such as falling out of a tree, or enduring a surgery. This makes our pelvic health crucial to care for and maintain, not just because of the symptoms of pain we may experience from its dysfunction and imbalance, but because of the greater health we can achieve in caring for and supporting it.
