Come meet with me, a personal trainer, who is currently working through my certification as an exercise specialist for pelvic floor and diastasis recti support!
This is a 2 hour workshop where I teach you pelvic floor basics, how to protect this sensitive area of your body, when to see a PT (physical therapist), how to self assess and an entire hour dedicated to coaching you through what proper engagement feels like!

Breath exercises to practice strengthening/lengthening
